"Cruyff's turn"

«People often ask me about it. I say that I played eighteen years
in top football and seven times for Sweden, but that moment against
Cruyff is the proudest memory of my career. I thought I'd win the ball
for sure, but he tricked me. I was not humiliated. I had no chance.
Cruyff was a genius.»

Quem fala assim é Jan Olsson, o homem de azul nas imagens, o defesa sueco que em 1974 assistiu impávido ao nascimento da famosa "Cruyff's turn".

A citação é retirada do livro Brilliant Orange. The Neurotic Genius of Dutch Football, de David Winner.
